Bedrock Wine Co. Photo Shoot

It has been one heck of a busy summer shooting and filming. Here are portraits I shot for Bedrock Wine Co (owner/wine maker Morgan Twain-Peterson and manager Chris Cottrell) several weeks ago. I don't think I have ever laughed so much on a photo shoot.

Recent portrait I took of Mitch Hurwitz creator, writer, director, and producer of "Arrested Development"

Recent portrait I took of Mitch Hurwitz creator, writer, director, and producer of "Arrested Development" at his house in LA for "AwardsLine Magazine." Article is about the new relaunch of the show on Netflix. I only had 10 minutes to photograph him... "There's ALWAYS money in the banana stand!" I wish I could have photographed him in a banana outfit in an the banana stand. Oh well!

It is D-Day (June 6th, 1944) Anniversary today

It is D-Day (June 6th, 1944) Anniversary today. And here a portrait and story of the ultimate WWII D-Day veteran Bob Watson. He is in my book and was at the beaches of Normandy for 28 days. Watson worked as a WWII historian in the movie Saving Private Ryan with Tom Hanks and Stephen Spielberg to make sure the movie was shot accurately.

An on going project with my good friend Amy Jones and Safe Place for Youth (S.P.Y)  Pictured here are my portraits at a fundraising event  this past Sunday where people were able to sponsor days from the year to raise money for the homeless youth.

Silicon Valley Business Journal Winner!!!!

Here is the article in the "Silicon Valley Business Journal" for the competition I won! I was awarded a $25,000 advertising campaign in the "Silicon Valley Business Journal" with the help of graphic designer under grads from San Jose State. We had to create an ad campaign for my commercial/fine art portrait photography business that was geared towards the readers of the journal. Louie Zamperini

I keep finding my portrait that I took of Louie Zamperini on different websites without my permission. This is stealing my copyrighted image. Companies and blogs can purchase this photo from me or other images I have taken of Zamperini for a usage fee.

This autograph photo EBAY seller below says:

"I am selling my signed Louis Zamperini 4x6 photograph.  Zamperini is a former Olympic long distance runner (1936 Olympics) and WW II Prisoner of War.  Zamperini's B-24 went down and he was rescued by the Japanese Navy after 47 days adrift in the ocean.  He was held and abused by the Japanese through out the war until his release.  A film is currently being developed based on his life story.  I am selling multiple signed photographs of this shot.  You will receive one as good/better then the one listed.  I have been collecting for over 15 years and only sale AUTHENTIC HAND SIGNED AUTOGRAPHS, NO REPRINTS OR PHOTOCOPIES....Midwestern Autographs"

This is total B.S. I do not know who this guy is and I would not give him my portrait of Zamperini to sell. I doubt Louie even signed this.  4"x6"'s were never even printed of this photograph.
